A few thoughts on the Denver Broncos' second victory:

What it means: TebowMania is bubbling over in Denver. In his fourth NFL start, and his first start in the John Elway-John Fox era, Tebow showed exactly who he is. He was ineffective and awkward for nearly the entire game. But then he came back and led Denver’s unlikely victory. The Broncos are 2-4.

Tomorrow’s talker: What will be remembered about this start? Tebow’s awful start -- he was 3-of-10 passing at one point in the second half -- or his incredible comeback? Well, of course, it’s the comeback. That’s Tebow. He doesn’t look pretty, but he gives his team a chance to win. Tebow led the previously lifeless Broncos to two touchdowns in the final 2:39 of regulation. He tied the game on a run on a two-point conversion with 25 seconds to go. Denver won the game on a 52-yard field goal by Matt Prater. If the Tebow experiment works in Denver, Sunday’s comeback will always be remembered as the catalyst.

Now what? Late in the game, it had to cross the minds of everybody in Denver if the Broncos should go to Brady Quinn or even back to former starter Kyle Orton. Prior to the game, ESPN’s Ed Werder reported that the Broncos didn’t make any promises to Tebow beyond Sunday. However, after he engineered the comeback, there is no question Tebow is going to stay the quarterback in Denver.

Out of Luck? The comeback win might have seriously damaged Denver’s chances of landing Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck, who is expected to be the No. 1 pick in the draft. Miami is winless at 0-6 and has to be considered a front-runner to land Luck.

What’s next: The Broncos host Detroit next Sunday. Expect Tebow to get a loud hero’s welcome when he makes his first home start of the season.
