Even though Kyle Orton worked some with the first team in warm-ups at Chicago on Sunday, Tyler Palko started his third straight game for Kansas City.

Kansas City coach Todd Haley said Palko would start. However, Orton, who was claimed off waivers last month from Denver, did get about 40 percent of the practice repetitions this past week.

It will be interesting to see if Orton will play some Sunday. Palko has thrown six interceptions in two starts. Kansas City starter Matt Cassel is out for the year with a broken hand.
