Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs is active and will play Sunday against the Houston Texans less than six months after partially tearing his Achilles.

It's unknown how much Suggs will play. He will likely be on a snap count and could rotate with Courtney Upshaw and Paul Kruger.

Defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (knee) will start for the Ravens, and cornerback Jimmy Smith (abdomen) will replace injured cornerback Lardarius Webb. Terrence Cody, a starter last year for the Ravens, will fill in for injured nose tackle Maake Kemoeatu (knee), who is inactive.

Here are the rest of the Ravens' inactives: CB Asa Jackson, TE Billy Bajema, OT Jah Reid, OT Ramon Harewood, WR Deonte Thompson and RB Bobby Rainey.
