PHILADELPHIA -- Cincinnati defensive end Michael Johnson is expected to start despite not practicing this week with a toe injury.

Johnson, who was listed as questionable, ranks second on the Bengals with 8.5 sacks. He's also the seventh-leading tackler.

The Bengals, though, will not have kicker Mike Nugent. He was inactive for the second consecutive game with a right calf injury. Josh Brown will handle the kicking duties after making all four of his field goals last Sunday.

The other inactives for the Bengals are: CB Dre Kirkpatrick (head), RB Cedric Peerman (ankle), S George Iloka, DT Devon Still, DT Brandon Thompson and TE Richard Quinn.
