Although coach Sean Payton’s suspension ended earlier than expected and the player suspensions in the bounty scandal never were enforced, the New Orleans Saints still won’t get a second-round pick in this year’s draft.
There had been some speculation that the Saints would be given that pick back once the bounty situation was resolved.
But commissioner Roger Goodell said Monday the Saints will not get the pick back.
