ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills running back C.J. Spiller, who left Sunday's game with a quad injury, was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

"It was a good day. I pushed myself," Spiller said. "Tomorrow will be a good step to see where I'm at."

Spiller said Monday that he expected to play Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.

Meanwhile, the Bills had nine players who did not practice Wednesday, including several starters. Safety Jairus Byrd (feet) and defensive tackle Marcell Dareus (ankle) were listed as limited, while offensive lineman Doug Legursky (knee) was a full participant.

Defensive end Mario Williams, who did not practice, said he injured his ankle in the first quarter against the Jets and "fought through it" before he hurt it again later in the game. However, he expects to play Sunday.

"Definitely going to be ready. I'm not even worrying about that," Williams said.

Defensive tackle Kyle Williams, who played all of Sunday's game, did not take part in Wednesday's practice. A team spokesperson said he had "just wear and tear" from the Achilles' injury that he suffered last season, and that it's not a new injury.

Cornerback Leodis McKelvin, who suffered a hamstring injury Sunday, did not practice.

"This is part of my strength: my speed. What would you do? Would you put yourself there, not going out there 100 percent?" McKelvin said. "When you need to run fast and cover people, you have to watch that very closely. I'm working my behind off to go get back out there."
