GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Atlanta Falcons running back Steven Jackson will make his return from a Week 2 hamstring injury as he is active against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.

Jackson said he's ready to give the offense balance, but the Cardinals boast a strong run defense.

While Jackson's is active, left tackle Sam Baker is inactive coming off a knee injury. Baker, who was listed as questionable, was limited in practice this week and was hopeful to play. Instead, he'll miss his third consecutive game. Lamar Holmes will start at left tackle.

Wide receiver Roddy White will miss his second consecutive game due to hamstring and ankle injuries while running back Jason Snelling is out with an ankle injury. Linebacker Stephen Nicholas is out with a quad injury.

The other inactives for the Falcons are wide receiver Brian Robiskie, guard Harland Gunn, and defensive tackle Travian Robertson.
