After misfiring for much of the first half, the Jets gathered themselves at the two-minute warning for an impressive touchdown drive. On third-and-5 from their 36-yard line, Mark Sanchez fired a laser to Jerricho Cotchery up the right seam for a 44-yard gain.
Two plays later, Sanchez tossed to Braylon Edwards, who dove into the end zone for a 13-yard touchdown. Edwards apparently has made it his mission to compensate for dropping what would have been an 84-yard touchdown dash in the first quarter. Edwards has made three sensational plays since then and has 45 yards.
Sanchez overcame a shaky start -- he overthrew Cotchery for what should've been an 11-yard touchdown -- to finish the half 6 of 13 for 107 yards and a touchdown. Sanchez has zero interceptions. In case you'd forgotten, he threw five picks the first time he played the Bills.
