Cutler, Bears noticing Seattle DB issues
By Mike Sando
CHICAGO -- The Seattle Seahawks' secondary suffered against San Diego earlier in the season when an ankle injury sidelined cornerback Marcus Trufant.
The Chicago Bears are starting to enjoy more downfield success with rookie corner Walter Thurmond replacing injured No. 2 corner Kelly Jennings. Losing a cornerback affects multiple positions when opponents put three or more wide receivers on the field.
Seattle is still getting decent pressure on Jay Cutler, but the Bears have moved down the field effectively through the air on their current drive.
