Giants' O-line in state of flux
By Matt Mosley
New York Giants starting left tackle David Diehl moved to left guard in Sunday's 41-7 beatdown of the Seahawks. But now he's telling ESPN 1050 that he could be out of the lineup for a few weeks with a hamstring injury.
Coach Tom Coughlin said Diehl had a hip injury when he visited with reporters Tuesday. Center Adam Koets, who has played well in the absence of Shaun O'Hara (foot) is out for the season with a torn ACL. It looks like Shawn Andrews could make his second consecutive start at left tackle and Kevin Boothe may be promoted straight from the physically unable to perform list to starting left guard.
We'll keep you updated on the situation throughout the week.
