Kaepernick to Oakland?

By Bill Williamson

Looks like the Oakland Raiders are trying to move up to get Nevada quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

Both ESPN and the NFL Network reported that the Raiders tried to move up to No. 33 in a trade with New England to take the Nevada quarterback. However, at the end of the allotted time, New England made the pick, taking Virginia cornerback Ras-I Dowling.

Still, perhaps the Raiders will try to move up in the coming picks. Oakland has the No. 48 pick.
