NFL Power Rankings: My ballot, our division

Are the Buccaneers the seventh-best team in the NFL?

It’s an iffy proposition. I don’t like to move teams too much on my ballot for ESPN.com's NFL Power Rankings based on one result, and I didn’t bump the Bucs up two spots because they beat Indianapolis.

It was more about dropping people. The Jets deserved a major slip for their effort in Baltimore. Pittsburgh needed to slide.

After my top six, I don’t love anyone. There aren’t a lot of teams on the rise in the next group for me: Buffalo (my No. 8), Tennessee (10) and maybe Oakland (11).
