Here are the most interesting stories Tuesday in the AFC North:
Morning take: Crennel would be the first to admit 2008 was one of the toughest years of his career. Coming off recent hip surgery, he's making the right move to sit out at least one season.
Morning take: Scouts say the physical ability is definitely there. If the coaching staff stays on Johnson, he could be one of the steals of the 2009 draft.
Morning take: Washington could provide much-needed depth at receiver, as well as give Baltimore another contributor on special teams. This could be a match.
Morning take: Although it would have been ideal for Pittsburgh to get a draft pick, the Steelers needed to put an end to this situation. Foote won't be on the market for long.
