Levi Brown triceps injury one to watch
By Mike Sando
The Arizona Cardinals faced questions at tackle before a triceps injury drove their starter on the left side, Levi Brown, from the team's exhibition game Friday.
There was no initial word on the injury's severity. Multiple Cardinals medical staffers surrounded him on the field as Brown appeared to kneel. Teammate Larry Fitzgerald was also there. The Cardinals said Brown's return was doubtful.
A serious injury to Brown would severely affect the Cardinals' depth at tackle. He's been a durable player and one Arizona was counting on to build upon improvement shown late last season. Brown has started every game over the past four seasons for Arizona.
