Greg Jennings questionable for Monday
By Kevin Seifert
A roller-coaster week of practice apparently ended on a good note for Green Bay Packers receiver Greg Jennings, who is nursing a groin injury he suffered Sept. 9. In the end, the Packers are giving him a 50-50 chance of playing Monday night at the Seattle Seahawks.
Jennings will be listed as questionable on the Packers' final injury report of the week, which by definition gives the player a 50 percent chance of being available. Coach Mike McCarthy told reporters that Jennings had a good practice Saturday afternoon and made a big jump after suffering a setback earlier in the week.
Jennings won't be 100 percent Monday night, but the question is whether he can function at a relatively high level without re-injuring himself. The guess is that he will give it a go, but the Packers don't have to make that determination for another 48 hours.
