Sunday Countdown: Suh, Rice, more
By ESPN.com staff
Sunday NFL Countdown airs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET on ESPN. Below are some of the features you can see this week.
Also, check out our experts’ picks.
Suh sitdown: One week after another controversial Thanksgiving moment, one of the most feared players in the game, Ndamukong Suh, sits down for an exclusive interview with Merril Hoge. Suh was fined $30,000 for his Thanksgiving kick of Matt Schaub, and now Suh talks to Hoge about the fine and his growing reputation as a dirty player.
Rice on fourth-and-29: Quite simply, it was one of the best plays we’ve ever seen. Fourth-and-29, game on the line in San Diego, and Ray Rice accomplished the unthinkable. Now Rice takes us inside the play, showing us how he was able to take a dump-off pass and somehow eke out enough to keep the game going. Hear how the momentum from that play has impacted Rice and the Ravens this week as they prepare to meet the rival Steelers at home Sunday afternoon.
Where you at? Cris Carter returns for his weekly look at players who simply haven’t been showing up. Last week, among those Carter singled out were the Jets’ special teams and a Falcons running back.
