Fitz makes Pamplona seem like child's play

By Mike Sando

Former Seattle Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren was among those shaking his head in disapproval when current left tackle Russell Okung ran with the bulls in Pamplona.

"Do it in two years or four years or whenever you finish playing," Holmgren told Sports Radio KJR 950's Dave Mahler last week at the 22-minute mark of this interview.

Turns out Okung might not be the most adventurous player in the NFC West, not by a long shot.

Peter King's new website, The MMQB, features a Jenny Vrentas piece showing Arizona Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald scuba diving in South America, lava surfing in Nicaragua, zip-lining while inverted in Guatemala, ice climbing in Slovenia and jupming into frigid Antarctic waters while wearing only his skivvies.

Cardinals coach Bruce Arians must be thrilled -- thrilled that Fitzgerald returned in once piece.
