Source: RFA Vladislav Namestnikov reaches 2-year deal with Lightning

The Tampa Bay Lightning and forward Vladislav Namestnikov have agreed to a two-year contract worth $1.9375 million per season, according to an NHL source.

Namestnikov was a restricted free agent, and the two sides had an arbitration hearing scheduled for Friday.

The 23-year-old center has spent the past three seasons in Tampa Bay after being drafted by the Lightning with the 27th overall pick in 2011. His ice time and contributions have increased each season, and he recorded 14 goals and 21 assists in 80 games in 2015-16.

Overall, he has 23 goals and 28 assists for his career.
