Instead of being behind the mask, Ryan Miller recently went behind the lens for a great cause.
The Buffalo Sabres netminder photographed fellow NHL stars Henrik Lundqvist, Steven Stamkos, Drew Doughty and Patrice Bergeron last month in New York City for an exclusive portfolio on Vanity Fair's website. The online portfolio highlights Miller and "Hockey Fights Cancer" -- a joint initiative between the NHL and NHL Players' Association.
"The photo shoot was a lot of fun," Miller said in a statement released by the NHL. "It not only gave me the chance to spend time doing something that I love to do, but it also was a unique way to raise awareness for a good cause."
