Notre Dame is No. 19 in ESPN.com's Power Rankings this week, the same as the Irish's coaches' poll ranking, and one spot higher than their AP poll ranking.

Me? I had them 18th. Here's my ballot:
  • 1) Alabama
  • 2) USC
  • 3) LSU
  • 4) Oregon
  • 5) FSU
  • 6) WVU
  • 7) Oklahoma
  • 8) South Carolina
  • 9) Michigan State
  • 10) Georgia
  • 11) Clemson
  • 12) Virginia Tech
  • 13) Texas
  • 14) Kansas State
  • 15) Ohio State
  • 16) Florida
  • 17) Louisville
  • 18) Notre Dame
  • 19) Michigan
  • 20) BYU
  • 21) Tennessee
  • 22) Stanford
  • 23) TCU
  • 24) UCLA
  • 25) Arizona

Colleagues Mark Schlabach and Brad Edwards make their updated bowl projections here. Our Heisman Watch, led by Matt Barkley, is here.

My ballot, for those interested, is below. (I'll add again that I base my list off games that have been played, not perception, so these are very fluid early in the season.)
