Here's a quick look at Week 3 in the Pac-10. All games Saturday. All times are ET.
No. 20 USC (3-0) at Washington State (1-2): We still won't know who USC is after this game, unless of course, the Cougars produce the huge upset. Up next: USC hosts Washington; WSU is at UCLA)
No. 16 Stanford (3-0) at Notre Dame (1-2) (NBC, 3 p.m.): The Cardinal beat Notre Dame 45-38 in 2009 and will be expected to romp, but the Fighting Irish won't be a gimme at home and could catch a team that's getting full of itself. Up next: at Oregon.
UCLA (1-2) at No. 7 Texas (3-0) (ABC, 3:30 p.m.): UCLA feels better about itself after beating Houston, but Texas is not a good place to go for a team still trying to rebuild its confidence. Up next: Washington State.
No. 24 Oregon State (1-1) at No. 3 Boise State (2-0) (ABC, 8 p.m.): Part three of the toughest nonconference schedule in the nation. The Broncos own a 44-game home winning streak, which includes a 2006 win over Oregon State.
California (2-1) at No. 14 Arizona (3-0) ( Fox Sports Arizona Plus, 10 p.m.): Teams who came out of last weekend with opposite feelings. But Cal can recover its mojo -- and the Wildcats can lose theirs -- if the Bears pull the upset.
No. 5 Oregon (3-0) at Arizona State (2-1) (FSN, 10:30): This trip for the Ducks looks a lot tougher since the Sun Devils nearly won at No. 11 Wisconsin on Saturday. This will be the best defense -- by far -- the Ducks high-scoring offense has faced.
