TUCSON, Ariz. -- Still doing the campus call and will head to Arizona practice at 6:15 p.m. PT or so.

Another quick note from my chat with Wildcats offensive coordinator Sonny Dykes.

Arizona has one of the most stable depth charts in the Pac-10: What came out of spring is mostly what you're going to see -- barring injury -- in the opener against Central Michigan.

But Dykes immediately cited two guys when I asked him about players who improved their stock in preseason camp: receiver Juron Criner and running back Greg Nwoko.

Criner, a 6-foot-4, 215-pound sophomore, is pushing senior Terrell Turner for a starting job. Even if he falls short, he will see plenty of action and give the Wildcats some nice depth at the position.

Nwoko is listed as No. 3 on the depth chart behind Nic Grigsby and Keola Antolin, but he has looked better than a No. 3 at times.

He'll get touches because, at 220 pounds, he offers a power option to complement Grigsby and Antolin, who are both under 200 pounds.

Moreover, if the passing game is languishing with a new quarterback, Dykes said he's completely comfortable lining up and going mano-a-mano with the run game. He's that confident in the ability of his offensive line to handle most teams.
