The quarterback competition continues at Arizona, as coach Mike Stoops announced Tuesday that he has yet to decide on a winner in the battle between Matt Scott and Nick Foles.
Scott seemed to have the inside track late last week. He was getting more repetitions with the No. 1 offense.
But Foles significantly outplayed Scott in a scrimmage Saturday, completing 11 of 16 passes for 104 yards and leading the offense on a pair of 75-yard touchdown drives.
Scott, meanwhile, seemed frustrated while completing just 9 of 19 for 85 yards.
Stoops did not provide a specific time line for naming a starter, though it seems he'd like to have some resolution by the end of the week.
The Wildcats open against Central Michigan on Sept. 5.
