Rob Gronkowski is out, Delashaun Dean in for Arizona on Saturday at Iowa.

Gronkowski has been out with a back problem since the beginning of preseason practices. He saw limited action at practice Monday and Tuesday but did not dress Wednesday and instead worked with the Wildcats' medical staff.

That's a big blow in a big game for the Wildcats, who are trying to make a national statement as well as move up in the Pac-10 pecking order.

The passing attack will, however, benefit from the return of Dean. He's battled a hamstring injury and suffered a concussion last weekend against Northern Arizona, but has been cleared to play and he practiced Wednesday.
