Oregon is pounding Washington State 45-0, but the news gets even worse for the Cougars.

It appears true freshman Jeff Tuel, who was making his first career start, was knocked out of the game in the first quarter with some sort of injury.

The Spokesman-Review reported that "Tuel was sandwiched by Will Tukuafu and Casey Matthews on a sack and suffered either a back bruise or a hip pointer."

Sophomore Marshall Lobbestael replaced Tuel. Oregon has outgained the Cougs 424 to 81. WSU has just three first downs vs. 29 from Oregon.
