Oregon's starting quarterback at Washington will be a "game-time decision," according to the Eugene Register-Guard, though Ducks coach Chip Kelly may just be exercising a little gamesmanship.

Starter Jeremiah Masoli, who is nursing a knee injury, has practiced with the No. 1 offense all week. Backup Nate Costa started at UCLA on Oct. 10.

The Register-Guard also reported that safety T.J. Ward may see his first action since the opener at Boise State at Washington. Ward has been out with a high ankle sprain.
