STANFORD, Calif. -- It's not just about Stanford's offense, which will go over 300 yards in the first half.
The Stanford defense, thought to be too slow -- who me? -- to keep up with Oregon, is making plays, too.
Oregon only has eight first downs and 200 yards, 60 of which came on a single long touchdown run.
The Ducks are out of sync on both sides of the ball.
But Stanford is having a lot to do with that.
