The news Sunday night was good: California's dynamic running back, Jahvid Best, was released from the hospital after being knocked unconscious by a stunning fall in the end zone during the Bears' loss to Oregon State a day before.

He will sit out Saturday's home game with Arizona. Now the question becomes when will he return? Or is he done for the season?

And Cal fans also might wonder if that was the junior's last play with Cal; he could opt to enter the NFL draft this spring.
