In an already dismal season, Washington State found a new low.

USC's 69-0 victory means the Cougars streak of 280 games without being shut out is over.

The streak was second only to Michigan (294).

The last time Washington State was shut out was 1984 vs. Ohio State.

WSU also had scored in 258 consecutive Pac-10 games, the longest streak in the conference.

There is little else to say about this game.

USC cleared its bench the entire second half and still scored 28 points with just two second-half passes.

Most times allowing 60+ points in a season among current BCS conf. teams (and Notre Dame)
