It appears that some of the nation's top receivers are eager to get on board with USC's freshman quarterback Matt Barkley.

Receiver Kyle Prater of Hillside, Ill., committed to USC Wednesday during a news conference, ESPN affiliate Web site WeAreSC.com reported.

Prater, a four-star recruit ranked 43rd on the ESPNU 150, chose USC over Illinois, Oklahoma, Notre Dame and Tennessee.

Prater is USC's 14th commitment for the 2010 class, and he is the second ESPNU 150 receiver to give word to the Trojans, joining Robert Woods.
