Utah RB John White ranks ninth in the nation and first in the Pac-12 in rushing with 126.67 yards per game. You might recall RB was a position of concern for the Utes in the offseason.
Five Pac-12 QBs rank among the nation's top-20 in passing efficiency: Washington State's Marshall Lobbestael (No. 7), Stanford's Andrew Luck (10), Oregon's Darron Thomas (14), Washington's Keith Price (17) and Arizona's Nick Foles (19).
Six Pac-12 receivers rank among the nation's top-25 in receiving yards per game: Washington State's Marquess Wilson (No. 3), USC's Robert Woods (9), Colorado's Paul Richardson (11), Arizona State's Aaron Pflugrad (22), California's Keenan Allen (24) and Cal's Marvin Jones (25).
Stanford's sophomore DE Ben Gardner leads the conference with 5.5 tackles for a loss. Cardinal LB Chase Thomas is tied for first in the conference with Arizona State LB Vontaze Burfict with four sacks.
Oregon, at No. 8, is the only conference team that ranks in the top-25 in rushing (261 yards per game). Five teams rank in the top-25 in passing: Washington State (4), Arizona (5), Arizona State (17), Colorado (22) and USC (23).
Washington State and Oregon are tied for tied for sixth in the nation in total offense with 539.67 yards per game (didn't think I'd type that in the preseason).
