Oregon led the top-heavy charge of the Pac-12 in the final human polls, ranking fourth for both the AP and USA Today coaches polls.

This was the Ducks' second consecutive top-four ranking. Since 2008, the Ducks have finished no worse than 11th.

Stanford was seventh in both polls, its second consecutive top-seven ranking after finishing fourth last year. USC finished sixth in the AP poll. The Trojans weren't eligible for the coaches poll due to NCAA sanctions.

Washington, a team that lost four of its final five games, got a vote in the coaches poll.

And that was all for the first year of the Pac-12.

The top three in both polls was Alabama, LSU and Oklahoma State. Arkansas was fifth in both polls, and Boise State finished sixth with the coaches.
