DuckNation links: Opening day

June, 26, 2012
Today is the launch of DuckNation, RecruitingNation's site dedicated to the University of Oregon. Check it out here.

Brandon Oliver writes: Oregon's running game has wreaked havoc in the Pac-12 since the arrival of Chip Kelly with speedy tailbacks. Guess what? The new recruits Oregon is bringing in are even faster.

Oliver writes Insider: The commitment of DeSoto, Texas running back Dontre Wilson is the latest foray for Oregon into the Lone Star state, the home of former Ducks great LaMichael James.

Oliver writes Insider: Aloha, Ore., running back Thomas Tyner can run the 100-meter dash in 10.35 seconds, but the uber-fast Oregon commit looks forward more to being a role model in his home state.

Oliver writes Insider: Oregon has had a lot of success recruiting Encino (Calif.) Crespi Carmelite High School, which is why safety Brandon Arnold is willing to work his way into a Ducks offer.
