USC and UCLA are going head-to-head for a top line recruit, and Nico Falah will announce his commitment Wednesday evening at his school, St. John Bosco High School in Bellflower, Calif.
You can read more about Falah's decision here.
Falah, 6-foot-4, 275 pounds, recently narrowed his choices to the Trojans and Bruins. He is the only offensive lineman USC, which is operating under NCAA mandated scholarship limitations, has offered.
Noted Blair Angulo:
A pledge to USC would make Falah the 12th member of the Trojans' 2013 recruiting class, securing a tackle spot that offensive line coach James Cregg has been selective about offering. And, don't overlook the fact that it would give USC yet another win in the local recruiting battle with UCLA. The Trojans have already reached into their backyard to snag five-star safety Su'a Cravens (Murrieta, Calif./Vista Murrieta), four-star cornerback Chris Hawkins (Rancho Cucamonga, Calif./Rancho Cucamonga) and four-star receivers Steven Mitchell (Mission Hills, Calif./Alemany) and Sebastian LaRue (Santa Monica, Calif./Santa Monica).
Falah has offers from every Pac-12 school and from across the country, including Florida, Notre Dame, Nebraska and Oklahoma.
