The Pac-10 office won't make a decision on the reinstatement of Oregon running back LeGarrette Blount until the school formally presents its findings to conference commissioner Larry Scott.
Oregon officials were meeting on Monday to put together that proposal. So the earliest an announcement will come from Scott, who has the final say on the matter, is likely Tuesday.
Scott was in Eugene over the weekend. He met with Blount, Ducks coach Chip Kelly and other Oregon administrators.
Kelly, the university and the Pac-10 suspended Blount for the season after he punched a Boise State player following a Sept. 3 game, but the university announced a plan on Oct. 2 that would allow Blount to return for the Nov. 7 game with Stanford, at the earliest.
Blount practiced with the Ducks scout team on Monday.
