Even with Alabama's defeat to Texas A&M, the SEC remained atop the ESPN Stats & Info Conference Power Rankings.
Still, the SEC lost ground and the No. 2 Big 12 and the No. 3 Pac-12 moved up.
The Big 12 remains two points ahead of the Pac-12, but the Pac-12 actually now ranks No. 2 in terms of the AP poll. The computers rank the Big 12 No. 1, SEC No. 2 and Pac-12 No. 3.
And, as it has been most of the season, these three conferences rank well ahead of everyone else. The Big Ten is No. 4, 24 points behind the Pac-12.
