NFL.com draft expert Mike Mayock published his top five rankings at every position this week as the combine gets started, and it includes plenty of Pac-12 presence.

In fact, you could say, "We're No. 2!" as conference players were ranked No. 2 overall at five positions. And there was a surprise No. 1 on defense.

Here's how he stacks up the Pac-12 players.

Quarterbacks

2. Matt Barkley, USC

Running backs

None, which is shocking. And, I believe, incorrect.

Receivers

2. Keenan Allen, California

Tight end

2. Zach Ertz, Stanford

Center

2. Brian Schwenke, California

4. Khaled Holmes, USC

Guard

4. Kyle Long

Defensive end

5. Datone Jones, UCLA

Defensive tackle

2. Star Lotulelei, Utah

Outside linebacker

1. Dion Jordan, Oregon

Inside linebacker

5. Kiko Alonso, Oregon

Cornerback

4. Desmond Trufant, Washington

5. Jordan Poyer, Oregon State

Safety

None, which surely makes USC's T.J. McDonald wish he entered the draft last spring.
