Obviously the big stories are Oregon running back LaMichael James' plea deal and sentencing Friday morning and quarterback Jeremiah Masoli facing a burglary charge in court later that afternoon.
Both were second-team All-Pac-10 in 2009. Both enter the 2010 season as All-America candidates.
So Friday is a big day in court for the Ducks' football program, which entered the offseason as overwhelming favorites to repeat as Pac-10 champions.
