Highly rated cornerback Cliff Harris has been cleared by the NCAA Clearinghouse and can now join Oregon, though there's just a week before the Ducks open at Boise State on Sept. 3.
Harris, who prepped at Edison High in Fresno, Calif., was ranked 136th on the ESPNU 150.
The Ducks are still waiting for a Clearinghouse verdict on Justin Brown, a defensive tackle recruit.

Oregon's touted incoming freshman receiver Diante Jackson has qualified academically and will participate in the Ducks' first preseason practice Friday.
Jackson, who was given the OK by the NCAA Clearinghouse, is expected to immediately compete for playing time as the Ducks are rebuilding their receiving corps.
Oregon is still waiting on cornerback Cliff Harris, the Ducks' highest-rated 2009 signee, and defensive tackle Justin Brown to join the team.
