Over the last couple of years, I have really been impressed with what the folks at Head & Shoulders have done with Troy Polamalu. They signed the best hair in sports, got attention by insuring for $1 million and sponsored a wax figure of the Pittsburgh Steelers safety at Madame Tussauds.

In the offseason, Head & Shoulders produced a series of videos with Polamalu working the phones as a telemarketer.

Since 2009, when Head & Shoulders signed Polamalu, and also became the official shampoo of NFL locker rooms, the brand has grown 8 to 10 percent in sales among men 25-54, according to Procter & Gamble, parent company of the shampoo line.

In a new spot, Polamalu plays the role of a piano virtuoso. Love the touch at the end!
