ESPN Playbook: What has been your "Welcome to the NFL" moment?

Fleener: It’s gotta be putting on the hat for the first time and realizing what team had selected you.

What are you going to miss the most about college?

As I get more and more into the NFL, I’ll realize how it’s a business. I don’t see it so much yet as people tell me about it. I think I’ll miss the friendships I made in college.

What are you looking forward to most about your new city?

The people. The fans have been great so far, and I really like the midwestern attitude that people bring to Indianapolis.

What is your favorite video game?

I haven’t played since like Sega Dreamcast. I did play "Ecco the Dolphin" on Sega Genesis.

If you could get one rookie card from one player here, who would it be?

I would say Andrew [Luck]. He’d be the easiest one for me to ask.

Who has the best college cheerleaders?

I don’t know honestly. I’ll rep Stanford and say Stanford.

What are your offseason goals?

Learn the offense as best I possibly can.

What’s the biggest difference between being a college football star and a pro football player?

The biggest transition is going to be the idea that it’s one, a job, and two, it’s my only responsibility.

Who would be the one celebrity, athlete or otherwise, you would like to meet?

A lot of times that’s overrated. I’ve met a lot of people, and it turns out they’re normal people. It’s amazing you build these people up and they don’t even want it. For the most part, they want to enjoy their lives and just try to be normal people.
