The eyes and ears of college football fans tuned to the SEC media days Tuesday at the Wynfrey Hotel in Hoover, Ala.

And without a doubt, the star attraction was South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier. The Head Ball Coach is known to speak his mind, and he didn't disappoint.

He got in a good Nick Saban line, complained about the fact that SEC East rival Georgia is not facing LSU, Arkansas or Alabama this season for the second straight year, and touted his own offseason improvements.

Dave Wilson is a college football editor for ESPN.com. He joined ESPN.com in 2010 and previously worked at The Dallas Morning News, San Diego Union-Tribune and Las Vegas Sun.
