'Madden 13' simulation: Cowboys at Giants

ESPN.com has teamed up with EA Sports again this year to simulate every week of the NFL regular season, including exclusive screen shots and stats. Check back Friday for the rest of this week's simulations.

With so much talk about the Jets this offseason, it’s almost like everyone forgot that it’s New York’s other team that is actually the defending Super Bowl champions. And if the “Madden” sim is to be believed, look for the G-Men to start their season like they finished the last one … with a win.

Victor Cruz ran wild in this one, catching touchdown passes of 18 and 57 yards before busting out the cyber Salsa as Manning and crew put on a show through the air. Add in Ahmad Bradshaw’s 99 yards rushing and you can see why this team exudes the kind of confidence a whole lot of hype just can’t buy.
