Using the real-world telemetry data from races, Activision and developer Eutechnyx are giving “NASCAR: The Game Inside Line” fans the opportunity to relive the greatest moments throughout the Sprint Cup season. The DLC packs started with Daytona, and continue this later this week with the release of the Martinsville Raceway, STP Gas Booster 500.
Here are the details of the challenges you’ll be attempting before they go live:
Highlight 1: Beating the Boss
Description: Danica Patrick had a strong debut at Martinsville, where she beat team owner Tony Stewart. Can you relive her race and beat Smoke?
Highlight 2: Collecting Clocks
Description: Seven-time Martinsville winner Jeff Gordon had a great run at the end of the race only to be denied by a caution. Can you help Jeff rewrite history and get a shot at an eighth clock?
Highlight 3: Brad vs. Kyle: Round 2
Description: Brad Keselowski and Kyle Busch were battling hard for points at Auto Club and they're at it again at Martinsville. Can you rewrite history by beating the 18 to the line and finishing higher than sixth?
Highlight 4: A Perfect Weekend
Description: Jimmie Johnson won, led the most laps, qualified on the pole and set a new lap record for Martinsville Speedway. Can you relive the end of his perfect weekend and take the race win?
Gamers can purchase either each week’s new DLC using the game’s ticket currency system at a cost of 20 tickets per pack, or a Season Pass option available for $24.99 or 2,000 Microsoft points that will get you every pack as well as access to all of the 2013 launch Gen 6 paint schemes.
