That's pretty appropriate for dancer and Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones.
In the past three months, the 28-year-old, six-year veteran from New Orleans made the Pro Bowl as a kick returner, scored two touchdowns in the Super Bowl and moved up to the No. 2 receiver spot for the defending champions with the departure of Anquan Boldin.
And now he's one of the top competitors on the dance elimination show, which is back tonight for Week 4.
Playbook had a few minutes with Jones to talk about dancing and football.
You and partner Karina Smirnoff have bubbled near the top of the rankings each week. How much fun are you having?
"It's a lot more work than people think, but I'm having fun. You need a strong work ethic to do this show. I had no apprehensions because I would be working out every day anyway. That's what I'd be doing if I wasn't doing the show. In this case, I'm dancing every day and it's a heck of a workout."
Athletes have done so well on the show, and many NFL players -- Emmitt Smith, Donald Driver and Hines Ward -- all have won. Does that make it tougher?
"There is no pressure, man. I'm out there to have fun. All I'm doing is keeping up my fitness with my partner. I don't really pay much attention to attracting votes. I'm in it for the ride. Of course I want to win, but I don't think like that. I'm not looking at it like it's stressful."
Any apprehension about wearing those wild outfits?
"I wear flashy clothes on Sunday mornings, so this doesn't really bother me."
Camaraderie has always been a big deal on the show. What's it been like?
"I've really been shocked. I've met so many good people. Everybody in the cast is having fun and joking and having a good time. I also love my partner. She is a female version of me. She's so goofy. We get along so well and we don't fight at all."
With the Ravens, you guys were pretty confident heading into the Super Bowl. Any guarantees here?
"I won't say I'm guaranteeing anything but we're still working for the victory."
