Steven Helmkamp, Luke Rodgers (brother of Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers) and Chase Penny -- three strangers -- are ready to take a "Clean Break" tonight as they fly to Hawaii to take on physical challenges in the new weekly show on Fuel TV.

"It's an exciting adventure and very intense," Helmkamp said. "It's more physically demanding than I thought."

For fitness buff Helmkamp, it all began when he was asked by his girl friend to go skydiving.

"I didn't want to be a big chump, so I did it," Helmkamp said. "The adrenaline was amazing. And I think you should try anything once. It's OK these days to get out of your routine."
