New York Yankees celebrate 'Hope Week'

For the fourth year in a row, the New York Yankees are celebrating "Hope Week" -- this time with Mark Teixeira, Eric Chavez and Jayson Nix visiting Flying Manes, a therapeutic horseback-riding center for disabled children in New York City.
