New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony took some time off from getting ready for his third trip to the Olympics to host a 30-minute live chat Monday night via USTREAM.

Anthony's prediction for the London Games: "Gold medal for sure," adding that a silver medal would be a "failure" and that Spain will be Team USA's biggest competition. He said his own "modern Dream Team" would feature -- among others -- himself, Kobe Bryant, Chris Paul, Dwight Howard and Blake Griffin and that he's "working on getting his number [15] retired" at Syracuse.

On the NBA side, Anthony said the Knicks need to "get guys back healthy" in order to improve next season and that "bringing in Jason Kidd and Marcus Camby will help us win a championship."

There were home runs and tweets flying out of Kauffman Stadium Monday, with #HRDerby a trending topic worldwide all evening.

Cano, the AL Home Run Derby team captain, was a popular theme after failing to homer once in his 10 attempts in the first round. The Yankees second baseman was booed early and often by the Kansas City crowd after snubbing hometown favorite Billy Butler.

Fielder, who also won it with the Brewers in 2009, became the first player to win the Derby title in both leagues. This time, he beat Jose Bautista 12-7 in the championship round:

The potential Dwight Howard trade isn't the only thing cooking up with the Orlando Magic these days. Magic center/forward Glen "Big Baby" Davis was a judge on the Food Network's "Iron Chef" this week, tasting some strip steak offered by Iron Chef Bobby Flay and challenger Joe Isadori.

Miami running back Reggie Bush proved once and for all that he indeed has wings:
