Olympic champions Ryan Lochte and Conor Dwyer have joined "Water For People’s $2 Million Challenge: Time Well Spent" to save crucial hours every day for women and girls in developing countries. Women and girls often haul water for an average of 4 hours a day. That's hours of time lost that could be going to school, work and play. This is the first public service announcement for both since the Olympics.
