June 30, 1993: Quick -- when was the last time the NBA's No. 1 overall pick got traded on draft night? OK, so we gave it away. It was on this day 19 years ago, when Chris Webber (selected by the lottery-winning Orlando Magic) was sent to Golden State in exchange for No. 3 overall selection Penny Hardaway.
